Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made between NUREAV® and any customer placing an order on nureav.com.
2. Seller Information
NUREAV® is operated by Ryan Rahmani, a registered micro-entrepreneur based in France. For any questions, contact us at contact@nureav.com.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on nureav.com at the time of the order. We reserve the right to modify our catalogue at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Any order placed on nureav.com constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept all major payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured.
7. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times are 6 to 10 business days depending on your location. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
8. Right of Return
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of return. For more information, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Warranties
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@nureav.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
10. Liability
NUREAV® shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected during your order is used solely for the purpose of processing it, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent jurisdiction.
