Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. NUREAV® covers all import duties and tariffs — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order in real time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@nureav.com and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@nureav.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
