30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your NUREAV® lamp. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@nureav.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping in full.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us at contact@nureav.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after the 30-day window or without prior contact will not be accepted.
